Professional Utility Services, Inc., is a privately held Corporation that was established in Texas in October 1989. We are a full-service operations company that provides Water and Wastewater Operations, Maintenance, Management, and Billing and Collection services to Municipalities, Cities, Industry, and Investor owned Utilities.

During our 30 years in business we have earned the reputation of being an outstanding operations company in the utility industry. We have achieved this distinction because of one simple concept, we understand that our responsibility is to each resident we provide a service to, customer service is one of our highest priorities. We understand that our customers expect the highest level of service, and that is why we go above and beyond in our operations.

Professional Utility Services, Inc. is Licensed by the T.C.E.Q. as a full-service Water and Wastewater Utility Operations Company. Our Management Team has over 188 years of combined experience in the Water and Wastewater industry, the knowledge they bring to our Customers is invaluable. Our Operators hold their certification in Surface Water, Ground Water, and Wastewater Operations. We have a fully staffed billing and collections office and offer a variety of payment options to fit the needs of our customers. We provide maintenance and repairs for Distribution and Collection infrastructure and provide park and trail maintenance and repairs as required.

In 2019 Professional Utility Services was certified by the City of Houston as a WBE (Women Business Enterprise) and by the State of Texas as a HUB (Historically Underutilized Business). We are members of the Association of Water Board Directors(A.W.B.D.), American Water Works Association (A.W.W.A.), and the Huffman/Crosby Chamber of Commerce.

Our mission is simple – To  provide each of our Customers with excellent customer service along with providing the highest level of operations, maintenance, and management.

All personnel employed by Professional Utility Services, Inc. are licensed by the T.C.E.Q. in water & waste water operations and obtain the proper training needed to successfully operate treatment plants to their maximum capability for any size District. We are certified to operate surface water, ground water, and waste water treatment facilities to their maximum capability. We also maintain parks, trails and detention ponds along with repair and maintenance on distribution and collection Infrastructure. We have a fully staffed Billing and Collection office to handle all your resident’s needs
